Moisture-resistant plasterboard (gypsum board) has a rectangular shape and consists of 2 layers of special cardboard with gypsum with reinforcing additives, and the side edges of the line are folded with the edges of the cardboard (face layer).
Plasterboards are produced with different edges. The most basic of them: Straight (DK), thinned (NK), semi-circular and face-thinned (NYK).
Gypsum shrinks of Q4 brand according to GOST 125-79 are used in the preparation of the core. Another important component of plasterboard (GKL) is the facing cardboard, which is attached to the core using adhesive additives. Cardboard plays the role of a reinforcing (reinforcing) frame, and is a good basis for painting any finishing material (plaster, wallpaper, paint, ceramic tiles, etc.). Due to its physical and hygienic properties, cardboard is ideally suited for residential buildings.
Plasterboards (GKLN) are produced according to GOST 6266-97 and meet German standards (DIN 18 180). KNAUF-board (GKLN) is a construction-finishing material used for covering walls, partitions, suspended ceilings, building, as well as decorative and sound-absorbing products in buildings with high humidity.
